- 500mlCoconut Milk
- 120gOnion (finely chopped)
- 10gGarlic (crushed)
- 200gTomato (chopped)
- 10gGreen Chili (finely chopped)
- 30mlLime Juice
- 20mlCoconut Oil
- 6gSalt
- 150mlWater

Heat the coconut oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.

Stir in the garlic and green chili and cook briefly, then add the tomato and cook until it breaks down slightly.

Pour in the coconut milk and water and bring the broth to a gentle simmer.

Add the barramundi and salt. Simmer gently until the fish flakes easily and reaches 63°C (145°F).

Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the lime juice.
