Combine the ground beef, onion, tomato, green chili, fresh coriander, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chili powder, garam masala, salt, black pepper, pomegranate seeds, egg, and all-purpose flour in a bowl.

Mix thoroughly until the mixture holds together, then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Shape the mixture into broad, thin patties.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat.

Cook the patties in batches until deeply browned on both sides and their centers reach 71°C (160°F).
