Method

Preheat a grill or grill pan to high heat, about 230°C (450°F).

Mix the garlic with the lemon juice, baharat, paprika, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and vegetable oil.

Coat the chicken thigh with the marinade and leave it to absorb the flavors.

Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill, turning once or twice, until browned in places and the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F).
