- 600mlWater
Sauce
- 150gMoringa Leaf

Bring the water in the base of a steamer to a steady simmer over medium heat.

Spread the couscous in the steamer basket and steam until it is hot and fluffy, stirring once or twice so it cooks evenly. Set it aside and keep it covered.

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until softened and lightly golden, then stir in the garlic.

Add the tomato and green bell pepper and cook until the vegetables break down into a thick sauce.
