Mix the peanut powder, chili powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a shallow bowl.

Brush the beef rump steak lightly with the vegetable oil, then press it into the spice mixture until well coated.

Grill over high heat at 230°C (445°F), turning once, until the beef is browned at the edges and reaches at least 63°C (145°F), then rest it for 3 minutes.
