- 220mlWhole Milk
- 120mlWater
- 80gWhite Sugar
- 25mlGhee
- 3gCardamom Powder

Add the whole milk, water, and ghee, then whisk until the batter is smooth and thick but still pourable.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan to 180°C (350°F).
