Rice

    White Rice (rinsed)

    Coconut Milk
  • 250ml
    Water

    Sea Salt

Topping

    Tuna (cut into large pieces)
  • 15ml
    Coconut Oil
  • 20ml
    Lime Juice
  • 60g
    Coconut Meat (finely grated)
  • 30g
    Scallion (finely chopped)

    Combine the white rice, coconut milk, water, and sea salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil at 100°C (212°F).

    Lower the heat, cover, and cook until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed. Let it rest briefly, then fluff it.

    Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the tuna until it reaches 63°C (145°F).

    Break the tuna into large flakes and season it with the lime juice.

    Serve the flaked tuna over the coconut rice and finish with the coconut meat and scallion.
