Omajova (Wild Mushroom Sauté)
Side DishNamibia

OmajovaWild Mushroom Sauté

Large termite mushrooms are cooked simply in butter with onion and garlic so their earthy, meaty character stays at the center of the dish. The result is rich, fragrant, and best served straight from the pan.
