    Onion (finely chopped)

    Mix the all-purpose flour with the salt in a bowl.

    Add the water and vegetable oil, then knead until smooth. Cover and let the dough rest.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add the onion and cook until soft, then stir in the garlic.

    Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder and cook briefly until fragrant.

    Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up well, until browned, fairly dry, and at least 71°C (160°F). Season with the salt.

    Let the filling cool, then roll the dough thinly, cut it, fill it, and fold into sealed triangles.

    Heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).

    Fry the samosas until crisp and golden, then drain and serve hot.
