    Semolina Flour

    Salt
  • 260ml
    Water (lukewarm)

Lamination

  • 50ml
    Vegetable Oil
  • 40g
    Unsalted Butter (softened)

    Mix the all-purpose flour, semolina flour, and salt in a bowl. Add the water and knead until smooth, then let the dough rest until relaxed.

    Divide the dough into equal portions.

    Flatten each portion into a very thin sheet on an oiled surface using the vegetable oil for lamination. Dab the sheet with the unsalted butter, then fold it into a layered square.

    Rest the folded dough briefly so it is easy to flatten again.

    Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with the vegetable oil.

    Flatten each square gently and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through in the center.
