    Mix the all-purpose flour, white sugar, salt, and active dry yeast in a bowl.

    Add the water, orange blossom water, and most of the extra virgin olive oil, then knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.

    Work in the orange zest and raisins until evenly distributed.

    Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled in size.

    Shape the dough into a flat oval or leaf shape, make a few slashes in the surface, and place it on a lined tray. Let it rise again until slightly puffy.

    Brush with the extra virgin olive oil and bake at 190°C (375°F) until golden and fully baked through.

    Cool on a rack and dust with the powdered sugar before serving.
