    Coconut Cream
  • 6g
    Salt
  • 10ml
    Coconut Oil
  • 700ml
    Water

    Place the swamp taro in a pot with the water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 60 to 75 minutes, until completely tender with no firm or acrid center. Do not taste it raw or undercooked.
