Curry
- 30mlCoconut Oil
- 120gOnion (finely chopped)
- 15gGarlic (crushed)
- 10gFresh Ginger (crushed)
- 6gTurmeric Powder
- 200gTomato (finely chopped)
- 15gGreen Chili (left whole)
- 8gCurry Leaf (left whole)
- 500gTuna (cut into large chunks)
- 300mlWater
- 400mlCoconut Milk
- 10gSalt
- 20mlLime Juice

Method

Heat the coconut oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.

Add the garlic, fresh ginger, turmeric powder, tomato, green chili, and curry leaf and cook until fragrant and the tomato softens.

Stir in the coconut milk and water and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add the tuna and salt.

Simmer gently until the tuna reaches 63°C (145°F), taking care not to boil the coconut milk hard.

Stir in the lime juice.
