    Tuna (cooked and flaked)

    Mix the all-purpose flour and salt.

    Add the water and knead until smooth, then cover and rest for 30 minutes.

    Heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.

    Add the onion and cook until soft, then stir in the green chili, curry leaf, and turmeric powder.

    Add the cooked tuna, then pour in the eggs and stir until fully set and evenly distributed.

    Remove from the heat, mix in the lime juice, and cool completely.
