Dough
- 300gAll-Purpose Flour
- 170mlWater
- 6gSalt
Frying
- 800mlVegetable Oil
Filling
- 250gTuna (cooked and flaked)
- 80gCoconut Meat (finely grated)
- 80gOnion (finely chopped)
- 20gGreen Chili (finely chopped)
- 8gCurry Leaf (finely sliced)
- 15mlLime Juice

Method
Follow each step in order. Ingredient names are highlighted as you go.

Mix the all-purpose flour and salt.

Add the water and knead until smooth, then cover and rest for 30 minutes.

Combine the cooked tuna, coconut meat, onion, green chili, curry leaf, and lime juice.

Divide the dough and filling into the same number of equal portions. Roll each piece of dough into a thin round and enclose the filling.

Pinch the seams tightly closed.

Heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F).

Fry in batches until crisp and golden, then drain well.
