- 10gGreen Chili (left whole)

Combine the tuna, water, green chili, curry leaf, and salt in a pot.

Bring to a gentle boil, skim if needed, then simmer until the tuna reaches 63°C (145°F) and the broth is clear.

Serve with the lime wedges alongside.

Bring the water to a boil in a separate pot.

Add the white rice, cover, and cook over low heat until tender. Rest, covered, for 10 minutes.
