Sauce

    Chili Paste
  • 40ml
    Soy Sauce
  • 20ml
    Dark Soy Sauce

    Ketchup

    White Sugar

    Tomato (cut into wedges)

Garnish

    Bean Sprouts
  • 20ml
    Lime Juice

    Stir together the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chili paste, ketchup, white sugar, and salt.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the onion and cook briefly, then add the garlic and firm tofu.
