- 800gChicken Thigh (bone-in)
- 300gOkra (trimmed)
- 180gOnion (finely chopped)
- 350gTomato (finely chopped)
- 40gTomato Paste
- 10gGarlic (crushed)
- 35mlVegetable Oil
- 700mlWater
- 10gSalt
- 2gBlack Pepper

Heat the vegetable oil in a heavy pot over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken thigh in batches.

Return the chicken thigh to the pot and add the onion. Cook until softened.

Add the tomato, tomato paste, and garlic and cook until fragrant and saucy.

Pour in the water and season with the salt and black pepper.

Bring to a gentle simmer, cover partially, and cook for 25 minutes.
