Rice
- 320gWhite Rice (rinsed)
- 220gSpinach (roughly chopped)
- 140gOnion (finely chopped)
- 10gGarlic (crushed)
- 20mlVegetable Oil
- 700mlChicken Stock
- 8gSalt
- 1gBlack Pepper

Method

Rinse the white rice thoroughly and drain well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.

Stir in the garlic until fragrant.

Add the white rice and chicken stock and bring to a boil. Season with the salt and black pepper.

Cover, reduce the heat to low, and cook until the rice is nearly tender.
