Rice

  • 320g
    White Rice (rinsed)
  • 220g
    Spinach (roughly chopped)
  • 140g
    Onion (finely chopped)
  • 10g
    Garlic (crushed)
  • 20ml
    Vegetable Oil
  • 700ml
    Chicken Stock
  • 8g
    Salt
  • 1g
    Black Pepper

    Rinse the white rice thoroughly and drain well.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until soft.
