- 700gPork Shoulder (cut into chunks)
- 200gOnion (finely chopped)
- 300gTomato (chopped)
- 250gGreen Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 500gPotato (cut into chunks)
- 150gCarrot (sliced)
- 200gMushroom (halved)
- 50mlSunflower Oil
- 150mlWhite Dry Wine
- 6gPaprika
- 2pcsBay Leaf (whole)
- 3gBlack Pepper
- 12gSalt
- 400mlWater

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat the sunflower oil in a heavy oven-safe pot and brown the pork shoulder on all sides.

Add the onion and cook until softened.

Stir in the tomato, green bell pepper, potato, carrot, and mushroom.

Add the paprika, then pour in the white dry wine and let it bubble for a few minutes.

Add the water, bay leaves, black pepper, and salt.

Cover and bake until the pork is very tender and the vegetables are soft.

Uncover near the end and continue baking until the sauce thickens slightly.
