- 500gShortcrust Pastry
- 80gAlmond Flour
- 1pcsEgg Yolk (beaten)
Topping
- 800gPlum (halved and pitted)
- 120gWhite Sugar
- 10gVanilla Sugar
- 30gUnsalted Butter (cut into small pieces)

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Line a tart pan with the shortcrust pastry and prick the base lightly. Scatter the almond flour evenly over the pastry.

Arrange the plum over the base for the topping, then dot with the unsalted butter.

Sprinkle the fruit with the white sugar and vanilla sugar.

Brush the rim of the pastry with the egg yolk.
