Soup
- 400gGreen Bean (julienne)
- 450gPotato (peeled and diced)
- 180gLeek (julienne)
- 120gOnion (finely chopped)
- 200gBacon (diced)
- 320gSaucisse aux Choux Sausage (cut into thick slices)
- 25gUnsalted Butter
- 1lChicken Stock
- 150mlHeavy Cream
- 8gSavory (finely chopped)
- 6gSalt
- 2gBlack Pepper

Method
