    White Sugar

    Whole Milk

    Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, white sugar, and salt.

    Whisk in the whole milk and egg until the batter is smooth and thick enough to coat the apple.

    Mix the white sugar with the cinnamon powder in a small bowl.

    Heat the vegetable oil to 175°C (350°F) in a deep pan.
