- 200gBell Pepper (thinly sliced)
- 300gTomato (chopped)
- 30gTomato Paste
- 10gGarlic (finely chopped)
- 50mlVegetable Oil
- 3gCumin Seeds
- 3gPaprika
- 2gBlack Pepper

Method
Follow each step in order. Ingredient names are highlighted as you go.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the wheat noodles until tender. Drain and keep them warm.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan. Add the onion and cook until softened, then add the beef sirloin and cook until browned and the meat reaches 63°C (145°F).

Stir in the garlic, cumin seeds, paprika, and black pepper and cook briefly until fragrant.

Add the bell pepper, tomato, and tomato paste and cook until the tomatoes begin to break down.

Pour in the water, add the salt, and simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes, until the sauce is lightly brothy and the vegetables are tender.

Divide the noodles among bowls and spoon the beef stew over the top.

Serve immediately while the noodles are hot and the sauce is still loose enough to soak into them.
