- 15gGarlic (crushed)
- 12gSalt
- 4gBlack Pepper
- 30mlVegetable Oil
- 1pcsLemon (cut in half)

Method

Rub the goat shoulder with the garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Drizzle with the vegetable oil and squeeze over the lemon, then turn the meat until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat a grill to 230°C (450°F), then set up a cooler area for indirect cooking.

Grill the goat shoulder over medium-high heat until browned, turning as needed. Move it to the cooler area and continue cooking until tender and the center reaches at least 63°C (145°F).

Rest for 3 minutes, then chop or slice and serve hot.
