- 120gBarley (rinsed)
- 80gMillet (rinsed)
- 80gWhite Rice (rinsed)
- 500mlKefir (at room temperature)

Method

Place the beef brisket and water in a large pot and bring to a gentle boil. Skim off any foam, then simmer until the meat begins to soften.

Add the barley and continue cooking until it starts to become tender.
