    Millet (rinsed)

    White Rice (rinsed)

    Kefir (at room temperature)

    Place the beef brisket and water in a large pot and bring to a gentle boil. Skim off any foam, then simmer until the meat begins to soften.

    Add the barley and continue cooking until it starts to become tender.
