- 400gBeef Heart (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 600gPotato (peeled and cut into chunks)

- 45mlVegetable Oil

- 2pcsBay Leaf
- 200mlWater

Heat the vegetable oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef heart and cook until browned and beginning to tenderize.

Add the onion and potato and continue cooking until the onion softens and the potato is almost tender.

Add the lamb liver, salt, black pepper, and bay leaves. Cook until the liver is no longer pink and reaches 71°C (160°F).

Pour in the water, scrape up the browned bits, and simmer until the beef heart and potato are tender. Remove the bay leaves and serve hot.
