- 500gPalm Nut Cream
- 200gOnion (finely chopped)
- 250gTomato (finely chopped)
- 60gTomato Paste
- 15gGarlic (crushed)
- 30mlVegetable Oil
- 100gSmoked Fish (flaked)
- 20gCrayfish
- 4gChili Powder

Method
