- 1pcsEgg (beaten)
- 20gSesame Seeds
Filling
- 400gRusset Potato (peeled and chopped)
- 1lWater
- 200gFeta Cheese (crumbled)
- 80gOnion (finely chopped)
- 20mlExtra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4gSalt
- 2gBlack Pepper

Method

Cook the russet potato in the water until very tender, then drain and mash.

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and cook the onion until soft and sweet.

Mix the mashed russet potato with the cooked onion, feta cheese, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined. Let the filling cool.

Cut the puff pastry into squares. Place some filling on each square, fold into triangles, and seal the edges firmly.
