    Onion (finely chopped)

    Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)

    Fresh Mint (finely chopped)

    Allspice
  • 1g
    Cinnamon Powder

    Process or knead the bulgur with the lean ground beef and cold water until smooth, cohesive, and easy to shape. Keep chilled.

    Cook the ground beef over medium heat until it begins to brown, then add the onion and cook until softened.

    Stir in the pine nuts, fresh parsley, fresh mint, allspice, cinnamon powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the ground beef reaches 71°C (160°F), then cool completely.

    Shape the shell mixture into hollow ovals, add filling, and seal the openings carefully.

    Heat the vegetable oil to 175°C (350°F). Fry in batches until deep golden and the shell meat reaches 71°C (160°F).

    Drain well and serve hot.
