Spinach
- 500gSpinach
- 200mlWater
Curry
- 250gPaneer Cheese (cut into cubes)
- 150gOnion (finely chopped)
- 180gTomato (finely chopped)
- 12gGarlic (minced)
- 12gFresh Ginger (minced)
- 3gCumin Seeds
- 2gTurmeric Powder
- 4gGaram Masala

Bring the water to a boil at 100°C (212°F). Add the spinach and cook just until wilted and bright green.

Drain the spinach, let it cool slightly, then blend it to a smooth purée.

Heat the ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add the cumin seeds and cook until fragrant.

Add the onion and cook until lightly golden.
