- 250gRed Bell Pepper (sliced)
- 400gTomato (chopped)

Heat the pork lard in a wide pan over medium heat and cook the yellow onion until soft.

Add the green bell pepper and red bell pepper and cook until they begin to collapse.

Take the pan briefly off the heat and stir in the paprika.

Return the pan to the heat, add the tomato and smoked sausage, and simmer until the tomatoes break down into a thick, glossy stew.

Season with the salt and black pepper.

Make small hollows in the stew and crack in the eggs.
