Dough

- 7gActive Dry Yeast
- 10gWhite Sugar
- 300mlWater (lukewarm)

- 150gTrappist Cheese (grated)

Method

Mix the water, white sugar, and active dry yeast, then let the yeast become foamy.

Add the yeast mixture to the all-purpose flour and salt, then knead until you have a soft, smooth dough.

Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled in size.

Stir the garlic into the sour cream and set it aside.

Heat the sunflower oil to 180°C (350°F) in a deep pan.

Divide the dough into equal pieces and stretch each one into a flat round, keeping the center a little thinner than the edge.

Fry the rounds one at a time until puffed and golden on both sides, then drain briefly.
