- 150gCarrot (julienned)
- 120gRed Onion (thinly sliced)
- 1pcsScotch Bonnet Chili (thinly sliced)

- 300mlDistilled White Vinegar
- 30mlLime Juice

Method

Wearing gloves when handling the chili, combine the green cabbage, carrot, red onion, and scotch bonnet chili in a clean nonreactive container.

Stir together the distilled white vinegar, lime juice, and salt until the salt dissolves.

Pour the brine over the slaw and press the vegetables down so they are mostly submerged.
