    Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, then stir in the garlic and fresh thyme.

    Add the coconut milk, water, salt, and black pepper, and bring to a gentle boil.

    Add the cassava root, sweet potato, yam, and plantains. Keep the stew at a steady simmer until the cassava root is fully cooked and all the provisions are almost tender.

    Mix the all-purpose flour with the salt, then add the water gradually to make a soft dough. Pinch off small pieces and shape them lightly.
