    Combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, fresh parsley, fresh mint, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix until evenly combined.

    Shape the mixture into small meatballs and let them rest briefly so they firm up.

    Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a wide pan over medium heat.
