    Grape Must
  • 50g
    White Sugar
  • 80g
    All-Purpose Flour
  • 100ml
    Water

    Thread the walnuts onto clean strings, leaving enough space at one end for hanging.

    Warm the grape must with the white sugar until the sugar dissolves.

    Whisk the all-purpose flour with the water until smooth, then slowly stir it into the grape mixture.

    Cook gently, stirring constantly, until the coating becomes thick, glossy, and able to cling to the walnuts.

    Dip the walnut strings into the coating, lift them out, and let the excess drip away. Repeat once or twice for a thicker layer.

    Hang the candies in a clean, cool, well-ventilated place for 3 to 5 days, until the outside is dry and the center remains pleasantly pliable. Protect them from dust and insects while they dry.
