- 800gCherry Plum
- 200mlWater
- 10gGarlic (minced)
- 10gGreen Chili (finely chopped)
- 2gDried Marigold Petals (crumbled)
- 1gBlue Fenugreek

Method

Simmer the cherry plum with the water until the fruit is completely soft.

Push the cooked plums through a sieve to remove the skins and stones, then return the purée to the pot.

Add the garlic, green chili, dried marigold petals, blue fenugreek, and salt, and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

Stir the fresh dill, fresh coriander, and fresh mint into the sauce off the heat.
