- 300mlWater
Cream
- 320gPlain Yogurt
- 300mlWhole Milk
- 80gWhite Sugar
- 5mlVanilla Extract
- 2gNutmeg

Method

Bring the water to a boil and pour it over the couscous in a heatproof bowl.

Cover the bowl and let the couscous stand until it is tender, then fluff it and let it cool.

Whisk together the plain yogurt, whole milk, white sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until smooth.

Fold the cooled couscous into the cream until evenly combined.

Chill the pudding until cold.
