- 260gOnion (finely chopped)
- 25gMustard
- 2pcsBouillon Cube (crushed)
- 6gChili Powder
- 10gSalt

Method

Preheat a grill or oven to 230°C (446°F).

Combine the onion, mustard, bouillon cubes, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Add the goat shoulder and rub the seasoning over every piece.

Spread the meat in a single layer on the grill or in a roasting pan.

Cook, turning once or twice, until the goat shoulder is browned and reaches at least 63°C (145°F); rest it for 3 minutes before serving.

Serve the meat hot with the softened onion spooned over it.
