    Heat the oven to 225°C (435°F). Place the unsalted butter in a 23 x 33 cm (9 x 13-inch) baking dish and warm it until melted.

    Whisk together the whole milk and eggs. Add the all-purpose flour, white sugar, and salt, then whisk until smooth.

    Carefully remove the hot dish from the oven and swirl the melted unsalted butter around the base and sides.
