Dough
- 300mlWhole Milk (warmed)
- 7gActive Dry Yeast
- 60gWhite Sugar

Method

Stir the active dry yeast into the warmed whole milk. Add the white sugar, salt, and cardamom powder.

Mix in most of the all-purpose flour and knead until the dough begins to come together. Add the softened unsalted butter and continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread over the softened unsalted butter, then sprinkle evenly with the white sugar and cinnamon powder.

Roll the dough up tightly and cut it into buns. Arrange them on a lined tray and let them rise until puffy.
