Curry
- 600gTilapia (cut into large chunks)
- 500mlCoconut Milk
- 150gOnion (finely chopped)
- 10gGarlic (minced)
- 250gTomato (chopped)
- 10gCurry Powder
- 3gTurmeric Powder
- 8gGreen Chili (finely chopped)
- 20mlVegetable Oil
- 7gSalt
- 180mlWater

Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, then stir in the garlic.

Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, and green chili and cook briefly until fragrant.

Add the tomato and cook until it softens into the base.

Pour in the coconut milk and water, add the salt, and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add the tilapia and simmer very gently until it flakes easily and reaches 63°C (145°F).
