    Onion (finely chopped)

    Fish Stock

    Sea Salt

    Melt the unsalted butter in a wide pan over medium heat.

    Add the onion and cook until soft but not browned.

    Pour in the fish stock, add the green peas, and bring to a gentle simmer.
