Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Mix the unsalted butter, lemon, garlic, and fresh parsley in a small bowl until combined.

Pat the Antarctic toothfish dry and season it with the salt and black pepper.

Place the fish in a baking dish and spread the topping evenly over it.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the Antarctic toothfish flakes easily and reaches 63°C (145°F) in the center.
