    Water

    Niter Kibbeh

    Berbere

    Mix the all-purpose flour, salt, and water into a soft dough.

    Knead briefly, divide the dough, and roll it into thin rounds.

    Cook the rounds on a dry skillet at about 200°C (392°F) until set and lightly spotted on both sides.

    Tear the cooked flatbread into bite-size pieces.

    Warm the niter kibbeh in a pan over medium heat, then stir in the berbere.
