    Palm Oil

    Water

    Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.

    Add the onion and cook until softened and translucent.

    Stir in the tomato, garlic, and hot chili, and cook until the tomatoes break down into a loose sauce.

    Pour in the water and bring the soup to a boil.

    Add the tilapia, then season with the salt and black pepper.

    Lower the heat and simmer gently until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily and reaches 63°C (145°F).

    Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the lime juice.
