    Pulse the soaked fava beans in a food processor with the onion, garlic, fresh parsley, fresh coriander, and fresh dill until you have a moist, coarse paste.

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the cumin powder, coriander powder, baking powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined.
