- 400mlCoconut Milk
- 140gBrown Sugar

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 20 cm (8-inch) baking dish.

Combine the cassava root, coconut milk, brown sugar, eggs, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract.

Stir in the cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, ginger powder, and salt. Do not taste the raw mixture.

Spread evenly in the baking dish.

Bake for 60 to 65 minutes, until set in the center and deep golden on top.
