Dough

    All-Purpose Flour
  • 320ml
    Water

    Onion (finely chopped)

    Mix the all-purpose flour and the salt in a bowl. Add the water and the extra virgin olive oil, then knead until smooth and elastic.

    Cover the dough and let it rest until relaxed and easier to roll.

    Combine the swiss chard, onion, and salt. Toss well, then squeeze lightly to remove excess moisture.

    Divide the dough in two pieces and roll each one into a very thin round.

    Lay one round on a floured surface, spread the chard mixture evenly over it, and cover with the second round.

    Seal the edges well and slide the pie onto a hot tray or baking surface.

    Bake at 220°C (428°F) until the crust is crisp and lightly blistered.
